Please note that all announcements are subject to editing and the office will determine placement of your information (i.e. church website, newsletter, AV, Social Media etc.).

Funeral Policy & Procedures

Ministry Report Form

Use this form to make quarterly ministry reports for church business meetings. Please submit all reports two (2) weeks before the scheduled meeting.

Facility Rental

Please print and fill out the Mt. Zion Facility Rental Form and remit to the church office.

Use this link to access Mt. Zion's Online Church Directory. You will need your username and password. If you have forgotten either, click "Forgot Password" after clicking the link below.  

Van Use Request

 This form is used for members (on behalf of their ministry) to request use of the Mt. Zion Church Van to transport people to/from church/church events, community events, pick up those attending events at Mt. Zion and the like. It is requested that this form be submitted at least 5 (five) days prior to the requested date. The driver of the MZBC van/bus must hold a valid Driver's License and be on the church approved driver list. For insurance purposes, please list the person who will be driving the vehicle.
